Super simple Pasta meal

Ok, I usually don't do recipes here and reserve that for my low carb cook blog. (that I haven't posted to in a long time...) But this one is so super easy I have to share.

Baked Pasta dish (usually called Baked Ziti)

1 box of funky shaped pasta 13-16 ounce size.
2 cans or jars of spegetti sauce, 26 ounces each.
1/2 above can filled with water.
1 16 ounce pack of sliced pepperoni (or more if you like pepperoni)
1 TSP ground thyme
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp sweet basil
1/2 tsp ground fennel
16 ounces of shredded mozzarella cheese.

take everything but the cheese and pepperoni and pour it in a oven safe pan. mix it all together well (yes you do not cook the pasta, put it in there crunchy.) smooth it out and put the pepperoni on the top covering all the sauce and noodles. Slap it in the oven, turn the oven to 400 degrees and set the timer for 30 minutes. when the buzzer beeps, take it out and check, if the pasta is soft, mix it all up and then spread it back down, cover with all the cheese carefully and put back in the oven for another 10 minutes while you get out dishes and get things ready.

No it's not quick, but it is something that takes zero effort. no boiling the pasta, draining, dirty another pan, cook the sauce, etc, bla bla bla..... My time spent on it was a total of 3 minutes, I did not measure things carefully but I got very close. you can be a bit careless about it as well. if you want less flavor cut all spices in 1/2... some people like bland. total 40 minutes from start to eat, total 3 minutes out of your life preparing it. I really like those kinds of meals.
