ONVIF cameras with OBS

 Quick Tip:   Everything I found out there for using ONVIF cameras with OBS is 100% wrong.  none of it worked.

What did work is  the VLC as a video source.    add the VLC video source (need the right version of VLC installed)   and add the URL as a part of the "playlist" as the firest and only item.   works 100% of the time every time.

They need to remove all the OBS forum posts that are outdated bad information as it only leads to frustration.
