Finally bottling the batch of Cider....

I back sweetened this one. added 1 cup table sugar and 1 can of the apple concentrate, mixed it and bottled. It's dry with a lot of flavor, but adding the sugar brightened up the flavor and the concentrate really punched it up. It's gotta be good, I've got a bit of a wine buzz from drinking about a 1/2 glass full from tasting the sweetening. and YES I killed the yeast so I'm not launching corks later....

It in the bottles and tastes great. I racked a second batch of the same recipe to verify that it's a good one.


Starting a batch of honey mead..... My first, and I'm nervous as instead of a couple bucks in apple juice it takes $45.00 in honey.
