The Android Based Car Stereo....
Ok, I got my hands on Android X86. Ran it and though it was super cool. I instantly though of a use. The car stereo. Why does microsoft get all the fun. WE dont have a good car stereo automotive PC platform to hack on and this would create it.
Imagine, the dialer uses your cellphone via bluetooth. the camera can use a usb camera mounted behind your rearview mirror. all the functionality can easily be used PLUS gain navigation and other goodies. it already has a great mp3 app for music. and writing apps for it is easy, it's android!
Simply add in support and a app to use the Sirius rs232 radio and you now have satellite radio. Add in a USB FM tuner with RDS and you have the FM radio. CD is not really needed anymore so just dont put it in there.
