Batch 4 of the Hard Cider/ Apfelwein

Ok I finally got around to starting batch 4. I know, It took me several months to get around to it. I got lazy...

Changes...

Cote de Blanc yeast. A friend suggested it as it makes a sweeter wine. I also cut the sugar in 1/2 but added an extra can of concentrate to make a total of 11.

I will do primary fermentation as normal, and then rack twice same as batch 3. Straight apple. I am never doing a flavored again in fermentation. I'll flavor after in the bottles.
