Batch 3 is in the bottles

Bottled batch 3. After 2 rackings it's as clear as water. Racked it all and tasted for the first time.

This is the first and last batch of Raspberry/Apple I will do. It's sour. Really sour. After adding a tablespoon of sugar to a glass it's still very sour. High octane, I'm feeling it already after a 1/2 glass though...

I hope that time will mellow this out. But until then I'm calling it a failure unless you like sour wine. Dont do raspberry.

Batch 4 will be batch 3's process but with apple only.
